As the Faculty of Health Sciences of İnönü University, we are delighted to have hosted you and to have been together with you at the "International Maldia Health Sciences Congress," which we held between October 14-16, 2022.

Our congress, with the main theme of "Innovative Approaches in Health Sciences," aims to share studies and evaluate current information in all fields of health sciences and medical sciences, especially nutrition and dietetics, child development, midwifery, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and audiology. As technology advances, innovations are becoming integrated into our lives in every field, and innovative approaches are increasing in every discipline of health sciences. The contribution of different approaches developed each year for basic health or clinical applications to the improvement of health and public health is measurably noticeable through effects such as increased average life expectancy, effective fight against infectious diseases, and improved quality of life through new treatment methods developed for chronic diseases. This contribution positively impacts not only human interests but also national interests. The Covid-19 pandemic, which we have recently struggled with, has once again demonstrated the importance and necessity of innovation in all areas, from health to communication, both in our country and around the world.
