Activating the potential of cities is possible through large-scale, visionary projects prepared with a holistic approach. Visionary projects contribute to the development of the city, increase production capacity, efficient use of resources, and attract new investments. Turkey's importance, situated as a secure trade route and energy corridor on the east-west route, has further increased with the "Belt and Road Initiative." Malatya holds a strategic position in the project's opening to the Mediterranean. To ensure that the "Belt and Road Initiative," which will give Malatya a new vision in its historically significant location, provides the desired contribution, a logistics center needs to be established in the city. Establishing a logistics center in Malatya will reduce logistics costs for investors in the city and region, and will also lay the groundwork for a strong supply chain in the region. Furthermore, this center, which will bring together businesses operating in the logistics sector in different parts of the city, will contribute to reducing traffic congestion and visual and noise pollution.
